Patrick Owen Conde

Patrick Owen Conde, 74, formerly of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Saturday October 5, 2024.

He was born on June 30, 1950 in Uniontown, Pa., a son of Francis Louis and Rita (McGinity) Conde, who preceded him in death, he is also preceded in death by his brother Timothy Conde.

Patrick was a member of The AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood, Pa.

He is survived by his brother Kevin Conde and wife Georgene of Buckhannon, WV., four nieces, a nephew and several cousins.

The family would like to express their thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center’s Community Living Center for the loving care they provided Pat throughout his stay there.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church 50 Jefferson Street, Uniontown, Pa 15401 at 10 AM. Saturday October 12, 2024. The Family ask that everyone meet at the church.

Interment will be held in St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery Dunbar, PA., where military honors will be accorded by the AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood, Pa.
