Irene Andrasy

Irene T. Andrasy, age 83, of Masontown, Pa, died peacefully on Monday November 12, 2018. She was born on Monday May 13, 1935 to the late Steve and Susanna (Wasko) Kalfut.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Masontown, PA, and The American Legion New Salem.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Steve, John, Henery, Rudy, Michael and her sister Tillie.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Steve E. Andrasy, children, Nicholas S. Andrasy and his wife Wendy, Susan Engelhardt, Stephanie Lazuka, Gregory Andrasy, grandchildren; Jamie Lazuka, Jeremy Lazuka, Jack-Steven Engelhardt, Nicholas D. Andrasy, Manon Engelhardt, Matthew Andrasy, James Andrasy, Michael Andrasy, Ashley Andrasy, Jakob Andrasy, 13 great grandchildren, she is also survived by her twin sister Eleanor Lamanteer and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Terravecchia-Haky Home for Funerals, Inc., 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA, on Thursday November 15, 2018 from 2-8 p.m.; and on Friday November 16, 2018 until 9:30 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Masontown PA.

Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Masontown, PA.
