Genevieve M. Brice Outrich Rhoades

Genevieve M. Rhoades, 90, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away in Mount Macrina Manor Nursing Home on Saturday, November 18, 2023.

She was born on Sunday August 6, 1933, the daughter of the late Alfred and Elizabeth (Rosie) Brice. 

Genevieve was predeceased by her parents, her husbands; Tech Sargent Eugene M. Outrich USAF, James R. Rhoades, and her brother, Richard Brice. 

She was a member of the Red Hat Society, Friends of the Masontown Library, the Quilting Club of Masontown, She was a avid traveler, she retired from The United States Postal Service (Uniontown office), a volunteer at St. Vincent DePaul, a member of the former All Saints Roman Catholic Church (now St. Francis of Assisi) Masontown.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Rose Marie “Ree” Enlow (Chuck), Jeannie King, Mark Outrich (Tina), Barbara “Bee” Adamson (Barry), Michael Outrich (Barbara). Grandchildren, Erik Pohovich, Bryan King, Sarah Jaquette, Ashley Hollowood, Barry Adamson II, Tony Outrich, Jamie Outrich and Jessica Outrich. She is also survived by; 11 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren and her sister Elizabeth Ann Kuhn and Madelyn Zakrzewski and many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Terravecchia-Haky Home for Funerals, Inc., 515 N. Main Street, Masontown, Pa.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday November 24, 2023 at 11 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 101 S. Washington St., Masontown, PA, with Fr. Anthony Cortado as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery Masontown, PA.
