Anthony J. Sperko

Anthony “Scud” Sperko, age 78, of Adah, Pa., passed away on Friday February 16, 2024 in the Uniontown Hospital.

He was born on Friday, April 13, 1945 in Uniontown, Pa.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents; Jacob and Susan (Zeock) Sperko and his sister Patty Pollak.

He was a graduate of Uniontown Area High School class of 1963. A member of RWA Local 37 and was employed by PA Roofing Systems in Bakerstown, Pa., he was also a lifetime member of The Fairbank Rod & Gun Club. He loved fishing, hunting and riding quads with his oldest grandson.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Kathy (Rosso) Sperko, children; Anthony Sperko (Jennifer), Angela Stiner (Greg), grandchildren; Elizabeth Stiner (Matt Micenko), Gregory Stiner (Alyssa), Dominic Sperko, Antonia Sperko, great grandchildren; Gavino Stiner, Crew Stiner, sister Linda Ridley (Jim), George Sperko. He is also survived and loved by many nieces and nephews.

At Anthony's request a private visitation was held in the Terravecchia-Haky Home for Funerals, Inc. 515 N. Main Street, Masontown, Pa., 15461 on Tuesday February 20, 2024 where a blessing service was held with Fr. Anthony Cortado officiating.

Interment followed in Mount Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
